In this unique founding position, you will be responsible for building and managing the Alberta division of Avizia RH. This role allows you to oversee full-cycle recruitment, provide strategic HR advice, and maintain robust client relationships. You will collaborate with a skilled Quebec team to adapt effective practices for our Alberta clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as HR partner focusing on Alberta construction and industrial sectors • Execute comprehensive recruitment for trades and management roles • Advise clients on employment standards and retention strategies • Leverage ATS and sourcing platforms for talent acquisition • Work alongside business development for service implementation
Requirements: • 5+ years in recruitment or HR with relevant industry experience • Proven track record of direct sourcing • Solid client engagement and negotiation skills • In-depth knowledge of Alberta standards • CPHR designation is advantageous
