Job Summary: As a Chemical Technician/Sales, you will work with automatic and tunnel car wash owners to make their facilities operate at peak efficiency. One day you might be doing site assessment; other days you might bereacting to wash quality complaints or helping install new chemical delivery systems. In the sales side of your role, you will prospect and win new chemical accounts by developing sales pipelines, determining likely prospects, and creating value propositions.Job Duties:Responsible for becoming an expert on all NCS cleaning solutions and how they will perform when utilized in all types of professional car wash equipment found in the marketplace todayProvides professional and technical expertise in the delivery and usage of NCS products. Knows how to position the NCS brand as the leader in the marketplace and the best car wash solutions on the marketAssess the full wash process, looking at how the water, chemical and equipment work together in harmony to produce a clean carMeasure and adjust chemical delivery systems, and troubleshoot wash componentsWork with car wash owners and managers to explain your observations, actions, and recommendationsBuild reports to follow up and document your work for the site ownersIdentify priorities, set goals, and make them happenProspect and win new chemical accounts by developing sales pipelines, determining likely prospects, and creating value propositionsMake chemical transitions with the customer,



providing all technical assistance requiredReport weekly progress on your pipelineComply with all applicable OHSA, ESA and other provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policiesAny other duties as assigned by the Corporate Account Manager or Senior Leadership team.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalentClean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations within the past 5 years; no more than 2 preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 yearsNo impaired driving convictions within the past 5 years, and no charges currently pendingStrong communication skillsAbility to travel several times during the monthBasic proficiency in ExcelAbility to work assigned hours plus overtime as neededPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift light to medium weight up to 50 lbs.May stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulationsAbility to work in all weather conditionsSalary Range: $50-$52k CADThis is a replacement positionNCS uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to screen, assess, or select applicants during the hiring process.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
