Reporting to the Quality and Laboratory Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for managing and continuously improving the company's Integrated Management System (IMS), which is certified to ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 50001 (Energy) standards and is currently pursuing ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and RC 14001 (Responsible CareTM) certifications.The Quality Coordinator oversees quality-related activities, including document control, audits, non-conformance management, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, while also administering associated tools and platforms. is a member of the Chemistry Industry Association of Canada (CIAC) and is committed to the ethics and sustainable development principles of the Responsible Care program.Duties and ResponsibilityIntegrated Management System (IMS) ManagementEnsure the consistency, compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement of the IMS certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 50001, and currently pursuing ISO 14001 and RC 14001 certification.Administer IMS platforms and tools, including:o TQM / Vyzr 2.0 (procedures and action management)o SafeEmployee / SafeContractor (training management and contractor qualification)Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Management Tool (implementation)Quality Activities CoordinationManage and coordinate the following activities:o Document control system management and compliance maintenanceo Planning, coordination, and follow-up of internal and external auditso Monitoring and resolution of non-conformanceso Deployment and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous improvementActively participate in the Quality Committee.Monitor the pest management program.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Continuous ImprovementWork closely with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
