Job DescriptionPosted Friday, May 22, 2026 at 7:00 AMJob Title:Graveyard Shift JanitorDepartment:Base OperationsReports to:Base Operations Assistant ManagerRole Status:Part Time / Permanent (Must be available 9:00 pm to 7:00 am Friday‑Sunday)JOB SUMMARYOur Graveyard Shift Janitor is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance and security of the Base Operations area at the bottom of the mountain during graveyard hours. Shift times are 9:00pm to 7:00am on average, Friday through Sunday, with the option to cover additional weekdays as needed. The successful candidate will clean all offices, buildings, and bathrooms and perform general upkeep of the base operations area. Must be mechanically inclined to complete on‑the‑job training for the use of our aerial tramway and gondola system as well as forklifts.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSResponsible for janitorial and cleaning duties in all offices, washrooms and buildingsUpkeep of all surrounding grounds and parking lots at the base of the mountainShoveling and removal of snow from all public areas, walkways and stairs in winter seasonShipping and receiving of freight and productOperating various types of vehicles including pickup trucks and forkliftSafe operation of aerial tramway systems and gondolaOther duties as requiredSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Base Operations and does not involve any direct supervisory responsibilities.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIESMust be punctual, reliable and responsibleAbility to lift up to 40 lbsMust be organized and possess a strong work ethicSuccessful team contributor and able to work independentlyAble to perform tasks safely and efficientlyAbility to work a adaptable schedule and in all weather conditionsApplicant must be mechanically inclined,

A variety of schedules may include shifts on weekends and statutory holidays.
