They provide functional supervision to Agents and Specialists, oversee critical procurement activities, ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, and act as an escalation point for commercial and contractual issues. The role also contributes to the evolution of the discipline's processes and practices.What you will doPlanning and Preparation of Procurement ActivitiesContribute to the overall procurement strategy.Organize the prequalification of suppliers and subcontractors.Develop and implement procurement methods and strategies.Identify strategic or critical packages.Tendering, Analysis, and Contract ManagementExecute or oversee critical or strategic tendering processes.Validate award recommendations prior to final approval.Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance of subcontracts.Provide guidance on complex negotiation activities or intervene as an escalation point.Communication, Coordination,
