Here, you are welcomed into an inclusive and supportive environment that values each individual's contributions and fosters collective success.Primary Responsibilities:Must be a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in positive standing with the College of Early Childhood EducatorsDesign and implement early learning programs for children aged 2 to 6, grounded in the ELECT and Indigenous frameworks, incorporating emergent curriculum principlesPlan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual well-being, including field trips and interactive learning experiencesPrepare and adapt curriculum to meet individual children's needs and support holistic developmentDeliver early learning services to children and parents, including literacy and interactive learning activities, to support school readiness and smooth transitions to formal educationEnsure accurate documentation of children's development, maintain statistical data, and participate in licensing reviews and site inspectionsPromote family engagement through regular communication, volunteer coordination,



and collaboration with the Supervisor and AHS teamProvide supportive services to children and families, fostering strong, respectful relationships and inclusive practicesCollaborate with community partners to support integrated service delivery for children and familiesCommunicate daily with colleagues and parents to ensure continuity of care and shared understanding of children's progressBuild and maintain positive, professional relationships with children, families, and team membersSupport children in their daily routines, ensuring consistency, comfort, and developmental supportAssist with classroom housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environmentComplete general administrative tasks, including playground inspections, fire drills, and health and sanitization reportsEnsure that legislated health and safety standards are upheld at all timesParticipate actively as a member of the agency's multidisciplinary team, contributing to collaborative planning and integrated service deliveryRepresent NCFST within the Toronto Early Years Network, promoting the organization's values and programsSupport the identification and coordination of additional developmental services for children and their families, ensuring access to appropriate resources and supportBe available for reassignment to any NCFST program location within the Greater Toronto Area as needed.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as requiredQualifications,
