text and in person and converting leads into booked introductory classesPresenting the Orangetheory experience to new guests and confidently recommending membership optionsFollowing up consistently with prospective members and working toward individual and studio sales goalsBuilding strong relationships with our members and providing an exceptional member experienceSupporting member retention through proactive communication and member careParticipating in community outreach, local events and business partnerships to generate new leadsManaging front‐desk operations, member inquiries and day‐to‐day studio responsibilitiesWorking closely with our coaching and leadership teams to create an exceptional studio experienceHelping maintain a clean, organized and professional studio environmentWho We're Looking For:You're someone who:Is extremely confident starting conversations and connecting with new peopleIs comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with leadsIs motivated by goals and enjoys working toward measurable resultsTakes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be doneIs dependable, professional and accountableCommunicates clearly and confidentlyEnjoys being part of a team but can work independentlyWants to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility over timeHas flexible availability, including early mornings, days, evenings and weekendsYou don't need to be a fitness expert to work here.
