We are Making Sustainability Happen.What you'll be doingReporting to the Americas Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a key strategic advisor to your hiring teams as they work towards their growth goals. You will provide full-cycle recruitment support to teams across Canada, and provide consultative advice to hiring managers on advertising, selection, interviews, offers, and negotiation. Your ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and hiring managers will be critical to your success, as will your ability to attract and source high-quality talent through a variety of platforms.
