This person will be the primary cleaner for our home and provide backup childcare (e.g. school holidays, summers, sick days) for an 8-year-old girl and 5-year-old boy.We can commit to a fixed 10:00-2:30 schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays but most weeks we have flexibility if the successful candidate preferred to work fewer hours or days (so long as they maintained flexibility to work on school holidays when required). The ideal candidate lives nearby and is able to start at 8:00 occasionally to walk our children to school.
