As part of the energetic Personal and Business Banking team, you will engage with clients to uncover their financial goals. You'll work full-time on-site, managing a diverse client portfolio and participating in community events to expand CIBC's presence and services. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and respond to clients' financial needs proactively
• Strengthen community ties through outreach and networking
• Participate in CIBC events for client engagement and service promotion
• Guide clients in using digital banking tools effectively
• Identify growth opportunities through referrals and networking
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial advising
• Certified in Mutual Funds License or similar qualifications
• Demonstrated success in advisory and sales roles
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
