The role is responsible for translating business objectives into actionable requirements and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and regulatory obligations.RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Analysis and Requirements ManagementElicit, analyze, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviewsDevelop clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process mapsTranslate business needs into actionable requirements for technical teamsSupport solution design to ensure alignment with business objectivesProcess ImprovementAnalyze current business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and automationDocument current-state and future-state workflowsRecommend process improvements to reduce operational risk and improve client and employee experiencesAssist in the development of business cases and cost-benefit analysesProject DeliveryCollaborate with project managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support project executionParticipate in planning, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activitiesTrack requirements throughout the project lifecycleIdentify and manage risks, issues, and dependenciesTesting and Quality AssuranceDevelop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Validate delivered solutions against documented requirementsCoordinate defect resolution and business sign-off activitiesStakeholder CommunicationBuild trusted working relationships with business units, technology teams, and vendorsFacilitate meetings to support alignment, decision-making,
