This is a hands‐on role responsible for ensuring all properties are maintained to high safety and operational standards.ResponsibilitiesOversee maintenance across 3 hotel propertiesPerform and supervise general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)Conduct regular property inspectionsRespond to urgent maintenance issues and emergenciesCoordinate external contractors and service providersManage preventive maintenance schedulesEnsure safety and building code complianceMaintain maintenance records and suppliesRequirementsExperience in hotel or building maintenanceKnowledge of general repair systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)Ability to manage multiple locationsStrong problem‐solving skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel between sitesPrevious supervisory experience is an assetWhat We OfferFull‐time secure positionMulti‐property responsibility and growth opportunitySupportive management under Aiden Mississauga
