In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of formulation and process development, helping bring oral dosage forms from bench scale to commercial readiness.You will lead the design and execution of formulation studies, support scale‑up and technology transfer, and play an active role in GMP production operations. This position offers the chance to collaborate across teams, solve complex process challenges, and contribute directly to delivering high-quality products for clients.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented scientist with strong technical expertise in oral dosage technologies and manufacturing processes, who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.Key HighlightsDesign and execute formulation development studies in an R&D; settingLead process development, scale‑up, and transfer to GMP manufacturingSupport and execute GMP production activitiesDraft protocols, batch records, and contribute to GMP documentation (SOPs, ERP systems)Troubleshoot formulation and process challenges, driving continuous improvementCollaborate on client updates and cross‑functional project teamsEnsure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, GLP,



and safety standardsQualificationsB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering/Chemistry with > 5 years’ experience or Ph.D in Chemistry with > 2‑3 years’ experience inthe pharmaceutical‑related industryMust have a strong knowledge of drug product development, GMP’s and hands‑on experience with oral dosage process equipment and related technologiesMust be highly motivated and have a proven record of success in multiple projectsMust be well organized and able to meet project timeline commitmentsMust work well in a multi‑disciplinary team environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.The starting annual base compensation for this position is $75,000 CAD.
