This position also plays an instrumental role in providing an outstanding experience for new hires within the onboarding process by providing details such as orientation and training dates and times, an outlet for questions, and next steps in the onboarding process.Meet daily with Recruiting Manager to determine daily hiring needsCreate positive experiences by building trust and transparency with CandidatesInteract with applicants via phone, video, and/or in personRespond to inquiries from CandidatesProcess and track applicants in an Applicant Tracking SystemRecommend ways of improving recruiting processParticipate in job fairs & hiring eventsBuild relationships with internal employeesEnsure the onboarding process runs smoothly by providing details such as orientation and training dates and times, an outlet for questions, and next steps in the onboarding processHigh school diploma or equivalent is required1 year customer service, BPO,



or retail experience1 year recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center workplace or related industry is a plusMust be comfortable on phones or in person 8 hours a dayMaintain a secure, high speed internet connectionPossess active listening skillsA love for interacting with diverse groups of peopleAbility to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environmentAbility to handle a high volume of workAbility to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timelinessAbility to take notes while conducting an interviewAbility to maintain confidentiality at all timesStrong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functionsAbility to adhere to all organizational policies and proceduresAbility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidaysGoal oriented and strive to hit targetsAbility to use micro-sales skillsPassionate about RecruitingIntouchCX provides Equal Employment Opportunities in accordance with all provincial and federal laws.
