and food carving/buffet stations; Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and sanitation; Organize work areas as well as storage areas; Maintain a highstandard of safety and sanitation as governed by standards and protocols; Communicate with kitchen staff, cooks, sous chefs, and the executive chef; Follow instructions as directed by supervisors, sous chefs, and the executive chef; Actively participate in safety programs and follow polices; Assist inall areas of the kitchen as required; All otherduties as assigned.Please note that this position is based on the event schedule in a fast-paced setting, with emphasis on evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
