Insight Global is hiring Fabricator/Assemblers to join a leading elevator manufacturing company in Burlington, ON. We're looking for mechanically inclined individuals with fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience who enjoy hands‐on work and take pride in producing quality products.This role involves fabricating, fitting and assembling metal components, working from blueprints, and using a variety of hand and power tools in a rapid‐paced manufacturing environment.ScheduleDay Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMAfternoon Shift: 3:00 PM/3:30 PM - 11:30 PM (+$1/hr shift premium)All candidates will complete approximately 3-4 weeks of training on the day shift before transitioning to their assigned shift.What You'll Be DoingFabricate, fit, and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specificationsPerform assembly‐line and production assembly workComplete light welding, tack welding, and spot welding when requiredUse grinders, drills, ratchets, wrenches, and other hand and power toolsGrind, sand, and finish components to quality standardsInspect completed assemblies for fit, alignment,



and qualityFollow safety procedures and manufacturing standardsRecord production information using computerized systems as neededWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assemblyExperience reading blueprints, drawings, or technical instructionsHands‐on experience with fabrication and assembly of metal componentsComfortable using hand and power tools such as grinders and drillsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environmentAbility to work the afternoon shift after completing trainingNice to HaveMIG, TIG, spot, or tack welding experienceExperience in elevator, structural steel, automotive, HVAC, or similar manufacturing environmentsExperience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measuresWelding or fabrication‐related education or certificationsIf you're an experienced assembler, fabricator, welder, or manufacturing professional looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
