Students must be currently enrolled in health-related programs such as Health Sciences or Nursing. You'll assist users at the elbow, ensuring they can effectively navigate Epic's functionalities. While prior experience is preferred, a background in volunteerism or customer service equips you to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist staff with in-person Epic navigation support
• Document user queries and escalate as necessary
• Promote the use of job aids and other training materials
• Facilitate communication of concerns to project teams
• Support go-live operations and site readiness
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a post-secondary health program
• Prior customer service or volunteer experience
• Basic computer skills and a readiness to learn
• Understanding of privacy regulations in health care
• Familiarity with clinical workflows is beneficial
