Reporting to the Comptroller, this role works closely with the Payroll Clerk to process bi‑weekly payroll, maintain payroll records, and ensure statutory reporting requirements are met. The position also assists with benefits onboarding, pension and extended health plan administration, and the preparation of required submissions to government agencies and WorkSafeBC.



This role is well‑suited for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to grow their technical skills in payroll and financial administration. The Junior Payroll Clerk contributes directly to strong internal controls, reliable financial reporting, and the delivery of responsive payroll services to staff across the Nation.
