Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle using Dayforce
• Actively source candidates from various platforms
• Create and post job advertisements on CFIB’s channels




• Advise managers on selection processes and candidate assessments
• Facilitate interviews and manage candidate communications
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales recruiting
• Bilingual in French and English with strong communication skills
• Proficient in Dayforce or other recruiting software
• Expertise in social media recruitment strategies
• Excellent time management and proactive nature
