Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team working within the client’s residential setting to provide assessments, direct care, and support the emotional wellbeing and comfort of the client. Utilizing your experience in wound care, palliative care, and client teaching, you will take a collaborative approach to meeting health goals, contribute to the nursing diagnosis, and participate in nursing interventions and outcomes.
