We're a family in Québec City looking for a warm, reliable helper starting around mid-to-late October 2026, about two weeks before our second baby is due in November. You'd be supporting us with a newborn and our 3-year-old daughter, roughly 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (maybe weekends also). A parent will be home, so this is less about solo childcare and more about keeping the household running smoothly during the newborn months. What the role involves:

- Playing with and engaging our 3-year-old (crafts, outdoor time, activities)
- Helping with the newborn as needed (holding, soothing, bottle feeds)
- Housekeeping and laundry
- Meal prep for the family

We're looking for someone with experience around newborns and toddlers, comfortable with both, and happy to pitch in wherever the day needs. Regular weekday availability matters more to us than flexibility. The position is live-out and pays $16.60/hour.
