About The Job
Jurisiti Legal LLP is hiring a Full-Time Practising Advocate to join its litigation team at its office in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, New Delhi.
Eligibility
- (i) Minimum 5 years of core litigation experience.
- (ii) Mandatory registration with the Bar Council
- (iii) Prior experience in drafting and appearing before Courts and Tribunals
- (iv) Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
- (v) Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
- (vi) Strong drafting, legal research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- (vii)
Ability to independently handle litigation matters from drafting through final arguments.
Responsibility
- (i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
- (ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
- (iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
- (iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
- (v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
- (vi) Independently handle litigation matters from drafting to final arguments.
