Job Description

The mandate is targeting a technical Product Owner who can drive the data integration strategy into the ServiceNow CMDB, not a generalist product manager.

The repeated mention of Service Graph, IRE, Discovery, and data governance shows a need for a deep understanding of the CMDB model, beyond just translating business needs.

The role also requires the ability to balance multiple stakeholders—cybersecurity, vulnerability management, infrastructure, and operations—setting it apart from a PO focused solely on internal clients.

The note about helping set up the structure and agile way of working points to contributing to Agile governance of the project, without being a project manager or Scrum Master.

This profile is neither a Business Analyst nor a ServiceNow admin: it requires combining product vision, technical knowledge of the platform, and managing multiple stakeholders.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field, or equivalent education and/or experience deemed acceptable





Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT/software product management, or equivalent relevant experience as a Product Owner

Experience as a ServiceNow Product Owner or ServiceNow Product Manager

Hands-on experience with Service Graph integrations and CMDB

Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and data governance best practices

Understanding of Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules

Knowledge of Agile methodologies in a delivery transformation context

Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

Requirements PREFERRED

Stakeholder management, prioritization, and strategic planning

Interpersonal communication, written communication, customer focus, skilled rigor

No specific additional asset or advantage communicated by the client
