Duties
The CR-04 and AS-01 support staff at the Yukon Regional Office work closely with prosecutors and paralegals to provide file management and litigation support on criminal prosecution files.

This process is anticipatory. A list of qualified and/or partially qualified candidates will be established from this process to staff positions in Whitehorse (Yukon) with varying tenures.

Ability and willingness to work outside normal working hours which may include working evenings and weekends based on operational needs.

Education:CR-04:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
AS-01:
Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in a law related field (already obtained OR obtained before appointment) or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.

Asset Qualifications:The following criteria may be evaluated during the hiring process. Please ensure your application clearly indicates whether you meet any of these qualifications:
Experience working in a Northern environment.
Experience working in a legal environment.
Experience working in a cross-cultural setting, particularly in Indigenous communities.
Experience maintaining a tracking or follow-up system.
