Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe childcare and robust supervision of young kids
• Facilitate engaging and varied outdoor activities
• Support pony-related activities and barn time
• Conduct light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying




• Prepare simple meals as needed, contributing to family life
Requirements:
• Experience caring for young children, especially in groups
• Equestrian knowledge or experience with horses preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and responsible attitude
• Ability to stay focused and fully engaged without phone distractions
• Must be dependable and take the initiative daily
