Craigleith Ski Club is a private, member-run ski club located in the heart of the Blue Mountains. With a focus on excellence both on and off the slopes, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, warm hospitality, and a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere for our members and guests. Our Food & Beverage program is an important part of the member experience and continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of a dynamic and discerning membership.

Position Overview

As a Front of House Attendant, you’ll play an key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our members and guests. You’ll help ensure our dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming while supporting the flow of food and beverage service. Duties include processing transactions, restocking supplies, assisting with catering and buffet setups, bussing tables and maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere throughout the Club.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet members and guests in a courteous and professional manner




- Process food and beverage purchases using the POS system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of cafeteria and front-of-house areas
- Assist with buffet and catering service, including setup, replenishment, and clean-up
- Communicate supply needs to supervisors or kitchen staff as needed
- Support a positive, team-oriented workplace

What We’re Looking For

- Previous customer service or food service experience an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Smart Serve certification considered an asset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Hourly wage plus shared gratuities
- A beautiful setting and a great team environment

Contract length: Approximately 4-5months

Term: Employment expected to end on or about April 3, 2027 subject to weather and club operations
