Find out more by visiting www.Vensure.ComPosition SummaryA System Expert is responsible for supporting system performance, enhancements, testing and troubleshooting for existing and new payroll systems & Self-Service software. The Expert will be responsible for coordinating additional internal resources, and complete validation as needed.Using knowledge of Vensure processes and procedures, the Expert will use their analytical skills to research and identify any issues with the system setup or the data translations, data mapping, helping to identify root cause of discrepancies and participate in problem solving. The Expert will assist departments for best system practice for process implementation. This position requires a detailed individual who is committed to providing the highest quality in system and software consolidation in the industry while meeting tight deadlines. You must have strong analytical skills and be very thorough and methodical.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesTesting system interfacesDiagnosing system problemsEstablishing workflowsEnsuring accurate representation of expertise prior to distribution of technical solutions to end- usersDocumenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholdersProvide varying levels of services through configuration, analysis, validation, data mapping, integration, move to production, go live support, transition, project planning,
and professional consultative services to internal and external clients to ensure successful implementationAble to talk at a high level about the various components and the touchpoints between them.Provide post launch system support to external and internal clientsTroubleshoot system issues as received in Jira ticketing and tracking systemUnderstand project scope, timelines, and milestonesProvide status reports and updates utilizing internal toolsGuide and drive the internal and external client towards the best solution for business needsFind creative solutions to help clients with their long-term needsKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesAbove average organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skillsAble to quickly learn new software systemsHigh attention to detailAble to maintain confidentialityAbility to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environmentThe flexibility and willingness to work in excess of standard hours when necessaryExperience working with Jira or similar ticketing tracking systemsKnowledge of systems and software engineering to optimally integrate subject expertiseExceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and implement technical solutionsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred3+ years' experience in the Payroll Service industry preferredDemonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert2-5 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertiseExperience in systems administration preferredPrior payroll software experience preferredPrior HR, benefit administration, tax and accounting knowledge preferredPhysical, Mental,
