As a Seasonal Package Handler, you will support FedEx Canada with loading, unloading, and sorting packages. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and requires you to meet physical demands, including lifting heavy loads. Candidates must have robust interpersonal skills and complete necessary training to work effectively within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload freight accurately and safely
• Scan, sort, and track packages within facility
• Attend and pass all required operator training
• Maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment
• Operate in a Windows PC setting
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Understanding of Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
• Strong communication abilities for teamwork
• Need flexibility for varying AM or PM shifts
• Bilingual skills are advantageous in Quebec
