Paladin Security is hiring motivated individuals to undertake Full-Time Security Guard roles, including both mobile and static positions. You will actively engage with the community, perform patrol duties, provide emergency assistance, and complete detailed reports. Positions require shift flexibility to accommodate various assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Conduct regular patrols to monitor safety conditions
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary




• Report on incidents and daily site activities clearly
• Use communication tech to relay site activity
Requirements:
• Must hold valid BC Security License
• Class 5 or Class 7N BC Driver’s License for mobile patrol
• 6 months of relevant work experience a plus
• Basic First Aid (OFA Level 1) preferred
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
