We are currently recruiting a Food Service Supervisor on behalf of our client, to oversee and coordinate food service operations, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to standards in their establishment. If you have robust leadership and hospitality skills, we'd like to introduce you to this supervisory role.Requirements-Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificateExperience: 1 year to less than 2 yearsWork Setting-Fast food outlets or concessionTasks-Establish methods to meet work schedulesSupervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion foodTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety proceduresEstimate and order ingredients and suppliesEnsure food service and quality controlAddress customers' complaints or concernsMaintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastagePrepare and submit reportsEstablish work schedulesWork Conditions and Physical Capabilities-
