As a member of the Children’s Services Team, your role will involve working closely with families to develop and implement tailored service plans that promote the strengths and needs of each child. With a focus on client-centered care, you will lead in service coordination, advocacy, and family support, making a significant impact on client outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the intake process for client services
- Design comprehensive service plans for individuals
- Coordinate training and support for families
