Job Description

We are looking for reliableFULL-TIME GENERAL LABOURER to assist the operations team at ourBELLEVILLE Warehouse, located at659 College Street East. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday,

HOURS: Monday - Friday: 3:00PM - 11:30PM

SALARY: $18.00 per hour to start, with a salary increase after 3 months

Qualifications

JOB PURPOSE:

Our Warehouse workers' responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures,



rules and regulations
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
- Open bales, crates, and other containers
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed
- May also assist in counting of physical inventory
- Prepare parcels for mailing

VISION'S ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- Wear the proper safety equipment
- Special projects as assigned

SKILLS:

- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrates ability to work in workplace with minimal supervision
- Avid understanding of production procedures
