and conduct regular stock checks — flagging low levels to the Property Services Supervisor / Operations ManagerSupport ordering and restocking of essential supplies, and keep storage areas clean and organizedKeep housekeeping areas, laundry rooms, and storage spaces clean, organized, and fully stockedWork closely with the Housekeeping and Property Services teams to ensure smooth daily operationsConduct various property inspections before and after guest/owner stays at properties we manage within the Woodrun Lodge Building and surrounding areas as requiredPitch in on other operational tasks as needed — no two days are quite the sameWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or inventory control is an assetValid BC driver's licence (or easy conversion) requiredHighly organized, with the ability to track and manage inventory efficientlyReliable and self-motivated, comfortable working independentlyStrong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and orderPhysically fit and able to lift, carry, and move linens and suppliesA team player with excellent communication skillsFlexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak occupancy periodsLegally eligible to work in Canada (we're unable to assist with work authorization)Minimum commitment required through April 2027What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role looks like a housekeeping team that never has to think twice about whether they'll have what they need.
