CDM Dance & Music is looking for an experienced, engaging Ballet Teacher to join our faculty on Saturdays from 9:30 am–1:30 pm.RAD teaching experience is preferred, but our biggest priority is finding a teacher who is exceptional with young children, ages 2.5-7yrsWe're looking for someone who understands the needs of teaching young dancers. The ideal candidate has patience & warmth, solid classroom management, creativity, and the ability to make a class positive and creative while still building real technique and excellent habits.The ideal candidate:Has strong ballet training and teaching experienceHas experience teaching preschool and primary-aged dancersCan confidently manage a classroom while keeping young students engagedIs reliable, professional, prepared,
