What ties it all together are the friendly faces you'll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer 2026; it will be a full‐time seasonal role.Role & ResponsibilitiesAssist journeyman tradesman by performing duties related to carpentry, drywall, plumbing or electrical workPerform minor repairs on buildings and groundsAssist with groundwork in relation to tree operationsOperate power tools and equipmentDrive service truck to transport material and suppliesLoad and unload material and suppliesPlant current flowers, trees, grass, hedges, and bushes and assist with landscaping upkeepDemonstrate effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to deliver projectsProvide feedback to the Operations Manager regarding mechanical, equipment, or manpower problemsUpkeep and cleaning of work zone to ensure all areas meet expectations for cleanlinessExecute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with H&S and our Always Honest PolicyOther duties as requiredRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong physical stamina and conditioning. Physical demands of the position include: working outdoors in all weather conditions,
