Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the Executive Assistant supporting our Vice President, Global FP&A;, you’re a master in the art of organization, with a particular knack for scheduling, time and travel management, and you provide the support necessary to help maximize their impact. The leader you support and their network is set up for success by your prompt correspondence and proactive, solution‑based approach. Your natural adaptability allows you to flourish in an environment that often requires nimble rearrangements, and you consistently remain calm, cool and collected while balancing multiple priorities, in support of overall Finance objectives and initiatives. You enjoy working within a high‑paced and hyper‑growth environment.This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work from home. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.Meet Your Future Team:You will be working directly with the VP, Global FP&A; and VP, Finance – NAM and will partner with a team of high‑performing Executive Assistants in providing exceptional support to our senior leadership team across the organization.If you were the Executive Assistant now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:Providing exceptional executive administrative support with scheduling and calendar management with a proactive approach, and maintaining an organized inbox of the Executive according to authorization and confidentialityDrafting email correspondence and managing the email leaders that you support have the information they need to operate with ease without the necessity of reading email, depending on daySummarizing and communicating key actions and deadlines arising out of the Executive’s calendar and weekly inboxOrganizing international and domestic travel arrangementsFiltering and redirecting incoming communications to the VP, Global FP&A; and VP, Finance – NAM based on the nature of the eventsDeveloping agendas, meeting minutes, and presentation materialsEnsuring clear communication and alignment across multiple diverse functions globallyManaging sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretionBeing responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, when necessary,



outside of normal business hoursSetting meeting agendas and working with relevant teams to ensure needs are metOrganizing and submitting expense reports in a timely mannerCoding vendor invoices and routing to the right leader in the systemOrganizing team building events and offsitesCollaborate with other Executive Assistants across the organization on meetings, team events, leadership offsites and to ensure effective support across the executive leadership team and other functionsSetting our VP, Global FP&A; and VP, Finance – NAM up for success and performs additional duties as assigned and neededAre you our next Executive Assistant?You have 5–7 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting executivesYou’re a whiz with the Microsoft Office suite and have excellent business acumenYou have great time management skills, and naturally utilize sound judgement and prioritization when multi‑tasking and juggling competing prioritiesYou know how to prioritize and effectively manage the logistics of an Executive’s schedule: pre‑reads, agendas and following up on action items are second nature to youYou have strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentialityYou’re not afraid of meeting new people, building relationships and creating partnerships across the organizationYou have a not‑so‑secret skill as a travel agent and are able to manage complex international multi‑leg travel, often requiring continuous changes and reschedulingYou are able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays occasionally as needed to support our global businessYou are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best (sometimes not the easiest)

This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role.
