This role will drive cross-functional program execution across engineering, product management, and UX teams while enabling scalable cloud platform delivery in an Agile environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in aligning technical execution, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence across distributed teams working on enterprise-grade digital entertainment platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive cross-functional program delivery across engineering, product management, and UX teamsBuild and maintain delivery plans for complex cloud transformation initiativesCollaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and dependenciesMonitor program execution and communicate progress, risks, and milestones to leadership teamsSupport software development teams by identifying blockers, managing risks, and improving delivery efficiencyGuide teams through technical solution planning from design through implementationHelp improve operational workflows and delivery processes through automation and scalable practicesFacilitate Agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiativesWork with distributed teams to ensure alignment across multiple programs and technical initiativesDevelop program status reports, presentations,
