Key Responsibilities:
• Develop structured readiness approaches for internal teams • Monitor performance indicators to assess readiness progress • Conduct research to uncover operational challenges • Manage dependencies and risks to improve change outcomes • Train and coach teams on new processes and systems
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Engineering, or similar field • Experience in operational readiness and change management • Comprehensive knowledge of readiness methodologies and practices • Solid communication skills for diverse audiences • Competency in Microsoft 365 and relevant planning tools
