In this engaging role, you will report to the Manager of Payroll & Total Rewards, where you will enhance organizational culture and work workplace. As a strategic partner, you will provide guidance on HR initiatives, foster positive employee relations, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning annual People & Culture programs
• Offer support for employee relations and compliance
• Develop strong working relationships with leaders
• Help manage workplace investigations and summaries
• Support all stages of the employee lifecycle
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in HR, psychology, or similar
• CPHR candidate or relevant designation preferred
• 3-5 years of HR experience
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Proficient in communication and relationship management
