Full Time Sales Lead - Lumber, Yorkton AgroBe the First to ApplyJob DescriptionWhat you'll do: You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel "at home here" through:Responsible for the supervision of ensuring merchandise and the yard is stocked, displayed, organized, and reconciled to standard.Develop and deliver user-friendly specialized training content in the areas of Lumber, Paint, Hardware, and Project estimation.Collaborate with the Hardware Supervisor, Sales Leads and management.Demonstrate Leadership throughout the Agro Centre through supervision, training staff, and coachingBusiness to Business (B2B) sales, call outs, and project estimationsMaintain customer relations by providing excellent customer serviceAssist with budgets, pricing, discounts and marginsStaying knowledgeable of Lumber and a variety of product informationWho you are:
