You will work directly with workers, supervisors, and leadership teams to strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and improve workplace safety culture.This is an individual contributor role for a seasoned safety professional who thrives in the field, enjoys building client relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-impact training and actionable solutions. You will see the results of your work firsthand — on job sites, in classrooms, and through long-term client partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining DeliveryDeliver engaging, interactive, and outcomes-focused health and safety training programs across a variety of topicsAdapt training content to meet client-specific needs while ensuring alignment with Ontario OH&S legislation and industry best practicesCreate an inclusive, respectful learning environment that encourages participation and real-world applicationStay current on changes to legislation, standards, and emerging safety trendsSupport the onboarding and mentoring of junior trainers as needed (non-supervisory)Consulting and Client SupportConduct safety gap audits, hazard assessments, and program reviews for client organizationsProvide explicit,
