You will work with the Catering Manager to lead our catering team to provide excellent customer service; whilst exceeding expectations in all areas under your remit. You will supervise a patient, public and staff focused food delivery service. You will ensure the provision of catering in accordance with Hospice Hospitality Policy and deliver innovation and a reputation for consistent quality of delivery of services,
