Job SummaryThe Product Manager leads efficiently the day-to-day operations at the station. The product manager is responsible for ensuring that high customer service standards are being delivered under each contractual agreement and meeting all company performance objectives and safety targets through the management and engagement of the management team and staff.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee, monitor, and evaluate the day-to-day operation's performance and safetyMonitor and oversee quality and safety procedures, and KPIs to ensure they align with Swissport's International safety and quality standards.Maintain strong working relationships and liaise with all customers Airport Authorities and all key stakeholders.Manage resources effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and meet contractual requirements but also meet our budget on labor costs and create cost efficiencies.Adhere to Swissport Policies, Union bargaining agreements, and statutory obligations under the Canada Labour Code, Provincial Worker Compensation,
