The Family Supports Navigator provides referral, navigation, and coordination services for children, youth, and families accessing the Family Resource Network. The position supports families in identifying strengths, priorities, and goals; understanding availableservices; overcoming barriers to participation; and navigating community-based supports and service systems. Through intake, assessment, referral, advocacy, follow‐up, and service coordination, the Family Supports Navigator helps ensure families are connected to appropriate resources and receive timely, responsive, and individualized support.Reporting to the FRN Supervisor, the Family Supports Navigator works closely with the FRN Network Coordinator, community partners, and service providers to promote coordinated access to services, strengthen referral pathways, identify barriers to service access, and support positive outcomes for children, youth, and families.This part‐time position includes alternating morning and afternoon shifts and requires flexibility to meet the needs of children, youth, and families.
