Each successful candidate will be assigned to a dedicated department, allowing you to build skill depth and consistency in your area.Multiple Positions Available (Glass, Panels, Vents, Prep, Frame Departments) for the following shift:4:30pm - 3:00am Monday to Thursday.Position OverviewAs an Assembly Worker, you will perform hands‐on general labour and assembly duties. You'll work with materials, tools, and components to support daily production and ensure products meet Toro Glasswall's high standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly work such as measuring, fitting, fastening, and performing quality checksPerform general labour tasks including material handling, staging,



and maintaining a clean work areaUse hand tools and power toolsConsistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shiftRead and interpret blueprints or shop drawings (asset)Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe workplaceQualificationsExperience in a heavy or industrial manufacturing environment is requiredExperience within the window and/or door manufacturing industry is a solid assetAbility to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periodsComfortable using hand tools; familiarity with power tools is an assetAbility to read blueprints/shop drawings is an assetGood English communication skills (verbal and written) requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environmentWillingness to work within a unionized environmentCompensation: $22.60 per hour (plus $1.25 per hour shift premium)
