With this expansion comes an exciting opportunity—we are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Labourerto join our growing team.Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, you will play a key support role in daily shop operations by preparing materials, assisting welders and fabricators, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Enjoy being home every day, steady year-round work, competitive hourly pay, excellent benefits package, employee perks, opportunities for advancement, and a positive team culture that invests in its people.Join us as we continue to grow and help shape the future of Morskate Manufacturing.Responsibilities/TasksClean, prep, and organize steel parts prior to fabrication or weldingKit parts and materials according to drawings, work orders, or supervisor instructionsAssist welders and fabricators by staging, moving, and preparing materials and componentsGrind, deburr, clean, and inspect parts as requiredLoad, unload, and move materials safely within the shop using appropriate equipmentPerform general shop housekeeping, including sweeping, waste removal,
