This role involves ensuring paving machines and operators to spread and level hot mix asphalt on the subgrade of highways and streets. The Paving Foreman ensures that the asphalt mix is placed to the specified grade and thickness, meeting project specifications. This role is headquartered in Lethbridge and Ft. McMurray, and involves travel between both operational locations, accepting applicants from across Alberta.
