Extendicare is seeking RPN/LPN professionals to enhance nursing care quality across our long-term care homes in Canada. You will follow standards, physician orders, and policies while observing residents’ health and vital signs. You will assist in assessments, care plan development, and referrals as conditions change. The role requires current provincial certification, registration eligibility, and experience with seniors, including cognition challenges.
