If this sounds like you, you'll fit right in at Splash N' Learn!ResponsibilitiesProgram Management and Reporting/DocumentationSupervise and support swimming lessons to ensure quality and consistency of instructors and programsPerform all duties of an Instructor/LifeguardReview lesson plans and swimmer progress evaluations on an ongoing basisEnsure accurate and timely completion of progress sheets and report cardsAssist with the accuracy of swimmer levels in the system and follow up on discrepanciesCommunicate class or Instructor changes and make-up lessons to the Manager and Head InstructorAssign instructors to classes and ensure class assignments are accurate in the systemPrepare reports for management on operational performance, safety incidents, and program outcomesMaintain accurate records of pool usage, incidents, and maintenance activitiesClient RelationsDeliver a high standard of customer service to participants and familiesRemain visible and approachable to parents and staff during programsConfirm swimmer levels with parents, resolving any discrepancies, and maintaining clear and open communication with themAddress customer concerns professionally and elevate unresolved issues to the appropriate levelSafety & Risk ManagementEnsure the safety of all facility users by enforcing established safety protocols, emergency procedures, and lifeguarding standardsConduct regular safety drills, inspections, and audits to maintain compliance with safety regulationsKeep the daily log complete and accurateSet up and remove bins, lane ropes, and equipment, checking for safety and proper repair of lifesaving equipment during each shiftReport malfunctioning equipment immediately and remove unsafe items from useFoster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional developmentAssist the Manager with Instructor evaluations and provide constructive feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and growthMentor and support Instructors, Head Instructors, and TraineesAssist in conducting regular staff training sessions to enhance instructional skills, CPR/First Aid certification, lifesaving and rescue skills,
