While most of the hotel is winding down, our Night Auditor is making sure guests are supported, accounts are balanced, reports are accurate, and the next day starts on the right foot.We are looking for a full-time Night Auditor to join our team. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys guest service, works well independently, and has a strong eye for detail.The shift for this position is 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays.About the RoleAs the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for both guest service and overnight audit duties. You will welcome and assist guests, manage front desk responsibilities, complete end-of-day balancing, prepare reports, and help ensure hotel policies and procedures are followed.This role is ideal for someone who is calm, organized, accurate, and comfortable working independently overnight. You will be the key point of contact for guests during the night, so a professional attitude, sound judgment, and genuine hospitality are important.What You'll DoWelcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiriesProvide friendly,



professional service to guests throughout the overnight shiftRespond to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and appropriatelyComplete nightly audit procedures accurately and on timeBalance, verify, and audit hotel accounts, including room charges, food and beverage postings, deposits, adjustments, and other transactionsPrepare and distribute end-of-day reports to support accurate communication across departmentsFollow hotel and company policies and procedures to support accuracy, accountability, and fraud preventionSupport front desk operations, including wake-up calls, PBX, guest messaging, and bell service as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk areaSupport hotel security and safety standards during the overnight shiftFollow Nova Hotels standards for guest service, hygiene, grooming, health, and safetyComplete other related duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma requiredHospitality training or related coursework is considered an asset1-2 years of hospitality, hotel, front desk, or customer service experience preferredExperience with POS systems, hotel systems,
